Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video and photos are required for verification.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used products or change-of-mind purchases.
💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

In certain cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
🚚 Replacement Policy
Approved replacement orders will be shipped within 48 hours after verification.
